We are based in Texas and your order will ship from our warehouse in Dickinson, Texas (near Houston). We believe that you want your order as soon as possible so we strive to ship your order within 24 hours Monday - Friday. If you order before 12:30 Central Standard Time, more often than not we will ship your order the same day.

Ordering Information

* Orders can be placed on the worldwide web using an SSL secure page.

Payment Information:

* Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder's billing address.
Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.

Shipping Policies:

* Most orders under 2 Lbs are shipped U.S. Postal service and will take 2-3 days to get to you and most orders over 2 lbs are shipped Fedex or UPS and take 2-5 days.

* Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.

* We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.

* All FPO, APO, and Hawaii orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service and subject to higher shipping rates.

* We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS or USPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES STOLEN FROM YOUR HOME.

* UPS or Fedex does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

* We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

* If an order we shipped to you with the address you entered at checkout is returned to us for any reason and you would like to reship the order, You will be charged a minimum of $10 to reship any order.

* If an order we shipped to you with the address you entered at checkout is returned to us for any reason and you would like a refund. You will be refunded for the order less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee on all products after it has returned to us.

Return Information
* We will fix mistakes with orders at our expense as long as the product is not opened (LOOK AT YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU OPEN IT)

* All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.

* No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.

* 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

* Shipping charges will not be refunded.

* Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment within 30 days of the sale.
