What company do you use for shipping?
We primarily use the We primarily use the US Postal Service for shipping 99% of oders but use our own discretion to use UPS Ground for a very small percentage of orders. We use USPS because of their unbeatable cost to speed of delivery ratio. All orders shipped within the continental US are received within 2-3 days. And the cost allows us to offer free shipping combined with great prices.

How fast do you ship?
We ship within 24 hours mon-fri unless a product is on backorder. You will know if one of your products are on back order upon reviewing your cart during checkout. Normally 99% of all product is in stock and the website is kept up to date as much as possible. The website will indicate if a product is out of stock.

How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, an email is sent to you with the subject "Shipping Confirmation". If you look in the body of the email you see a "Tracking No." with the tracking number next to it. Use this number and paste it into the tracking box at the top of the page at www.USPS.com. However, be aware that it may take USPS 24 hours to initially update the tracking status.
